  • Our approach is very task oriented, depending on your selected package/ hours we work to complete the tasks within the allotted time notifying you (before commencing) if it will exceed our time for the week.

    We naturally remain flexible and adjustable to your needs whether it's a one-time project or ongoing support we pivot to what you need (this is why we’re package based so you can fill the time with whatever you need and not feel you need to stick to assigning specific tasks).

  • We establish clear communication through a private message chat in WhatsApp with all our clients, where clients have access Mon-Fri (business hours) to pug in and ask questions about any tasks etc.

    All work is completed on your elected working day with the team. We set up fortnightly catch-up calls to touch base/ check in regarding our work together/ friendly catchup.

    PLUS we finish each session together with a loom video (short screen recording) revising the work completed in our time together.
